Planning · Software · Munich

For everyone who plans, checks and answers for building projects.

We find where planning work gets stuck — in documents, checks and searches — and build what removes it. Checked as carefully as the stakes require.

01

Where planning work gets stuck

Rarely in the design. Mostly in the repeated work around it: documents to compare, rules to check, items to look up. Three examples of the work we look at:

Cost

Price lists

Matching each work description to the right item in a regional price list, line by line, for every bill of quantities.

Law

Building codes

Checking a question against the building code and its ordinances, and finding the paragraph that actually applies.

Contract

Change orders

Comparing a change order with the contract and the specifications, to see what is really new.

Your bottleneck may be none of these. That is why we start by listening.

02

Who it is for

The same method fits every desk where building projects are planned, checked or answered for. Below, one example application per field — examples of what could be built, not finished projects.

Example application

Architecture and engineering

Matching work descriptions in a bill of quantities to the regional price list, with the source line shown next to each match.

Example application

Project management

Checking a change or a meeting decision against the contract documents, and naming the paragraph it touches.

Example application

Real estate and developers

A first reading of what the local building rules allow on a plot before a decision, with every statement quoted from the rule it rests on.

Example application

Construction

Comparing supplier offers with the specification text, position by position, and flagging what is missing or different.

How we work

Small steps, each with an end date. You decide after every one.

  1. Listen

Two weeks with your team. We see where the time goes and which checks matter. You get an overview, the possible outcomes and, where it helps, quick test sketches.

  2. Build the smallest useful thing

One workflow for one bottleneck, on your own documents. Not a platform.

  3. Pilot with an end date

Your team uses it on real work. We measure it on your material, not on ours.

  4. You decide

Keep it, change it or stop. Training is part of it, so your team knows what the tool does and where it stops.

Rigour in proportion to the stakes

A wrong price item costs an hour. A wrong answer on building law can cost a permit. So every workflow states what is checked by code, what an AI model proposes, and what a person must confirm.

What we offer

Workflows
Built around one task in your office, with its checks inside.
Training
For teams who already use AI and want to know where it fails.
Consulting
Where AI is worth it in your processes, and where it is not.
04

Two demos on public data

They show the method, not a finished product. Real projects get a workflow built on their own documents and checks.

Price lists · Italy

Price-list search

Describe a work item in your own words. The search goes through the public price list of Lombardy and shows five candidate families. You choose; the AI can add a check and a status, but it never chooses for you.

How we tested itHard requests taken from real specifications, searched against the whole price list — not a short list prepared for the test. A first test, not a validation. On your own price list, with your rules, we measure again.

Building law · Bavaria

Bavarian Building Code

Questions on the Bavarian Building Code (BayBO). Every quoted passage is checked word for word against the official text by code; the answer around it can still be wrong. General information, not legal advice.

In preparation

KI · AIAnswers in the demos are proposed by an AI model. Check every result before you use it.

beyondgeometry is small on purpose. You talk to the person who builds the tool, and who has sat on your side of the table. Where a project needs a specialist — in law, cost planning or engineering — we bring one in and tell you who.
